"Visited twice while visiting family nearby. Once on Good Friday evening and again on Easter Sunday for lunch. Lovely cosy little pub with a friendly atmosphere. The landlady and locals made us feel very welcome. 10 of us went for lunch and the service was excellent. Great choice of food on the menu, and although we was a large group, nobody was waiting for course's and all was served promptly and together. Food was fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be back again next time we visit. Lovely big beer garden out the back too which was well kept. If visiting in the summer would definitely sit out there for a few pints!"

"I popped into Houdinis Magic Bar in Broadstsirs after a day out at the beach. Beer was good, and we were regaled with lots of magic tricks by Dazzling Darren. Real up close and personal magic tricks. Great fun, and a great idea."

"Visited Secret Spice for Mother’s Day with my parents and my partner. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the Raj was more than happy to help us navigate the menu. The nice thing about this restaurant over others is not only do they offer the normal “staple” curries, but also some dishes I’ve never seen before. After ordering our food, Raj announced that my mother’s meal would be complementary, which was a welcome shock. What I loverly gesture! Potion sizes are good, taste is amazing, everything cooked fresh to order. Highly recommended and will 100% return!!! Thanks again Raj!!!"

"Light, attentive, clean, well-guided and charming Indian restaurant. we had a fabulous meal there. we were surprised with not one, but two free to do! a funny bouche and a small palate cleaner cup. eating was very tasty and spicy, in contrast too hot. what made this a five-star experience was at the end of the meal, the music changed, and the manager bought a transcribed happy birthday plate with a carrot cake. that was a surprise, because we had not asked. the manager just heard us talking about the 80th mother. great service!"

"This is our favourite takeaway restaurant in Dover. The staff are always so friendly and the young lady answers the phone is always so polite and takes the orders very professionally. The food is exceptional and so tasty and full of flavour. We usually collect our order and as a special touch the owner always includes a few cans of fizzy pop! I really highly recommend this establishment."
