It's about as good as you're going to get in Dover...I've heard the fried chicken is amazing (which you'll see more people ordering than Chinese entrees. I haven't tried it myself. Egg rolls are amazinggggg!!!! Wish they took debit/credit...that part is annoying. View all feedback.
