"Get ready for an experience at Big W 's, a former actual roadside bar-b-q, and now a full-service, year round indoor joint. Big W himself is definitely a presence in the room, and yes, very big. He 's a friendly guy, usually takes your order, cuts your meat, and will come over to see how it all is if he isn 't busy. Each order is taken and chopped up right in front of you. It 's pretty fun to watch them take the slabs of meat out of the slow-bake oven prepare it. I had a sneaking suspicion that the Try It All for one $20, below) would be enough for the two of us, but I was wrong. It could have fed three. You get a 1/4 rack of ribs, a 1/4 chicken, a choice of brisket or pulled pork, and one side. It 's a great primer to the place.
