"Sunday evening about pm. We had Lasagne very nice, and Scampi which was excellent, maybe just a slightly larger portion would be good, but the flavour was great and perfect batter. No room for starters or desserts as we'd eaten lunch, but...all sounded good and will try next time."

"Both times food and service were excellent, 1st time was with my wife and three of the family, 2 of whom are Vegans and the Staff were very accommodating. We shared Breads and Oils and I enjoyed the Rib of Beef, would definitely recommend it. 2and time, just my wife and myself, this time it was the Garlic cheesy Doda Bread and the Chicken Pasta, again both enjoyable and the portions were just right for me. My wife had the Dromara Beef and champ, with hindsight, she wishes she had not ordered a dessert . Will definitely be back next time."

"Beautiful meal to finish the end of a big day in strangford and exploris aquarium in portaferry with my daughter. bar and restaurant were busy with a big party booking and the grand national at the same time, never the less we were given our table immediately. workers, although obviously very busy, we are always very attentive to ensure that everything was in order for us. the food was served before expectation and was delicious, daughter with the mushles with garlic and white wine sauce instead of the Thai infused plate in the menu. I simply decided for the cod and chips that were not disappointed, all that could be desired. an unfortunate accident with a bottle on an adjacent table led to a volume of glass and weinpult, but was quickly and treated with great professionalism, coworkers all do not keep their courtesy and attentive service to create a fuss or distracting attention to the incident for the others diner. each employee in this charming cozy harbour restaurant pays tribute to it with the standard of eating and service. I don't hesitate to visit next time I'm down!"
