Best customer service I’ve probably ever had. Decided to go on a lunch date with my 3 very young children. My 2 year old must have eaten too fast and got sick all over herself, me, and the table. One of the workers ran over to help and told me to not worry about a thing. She even helped clean up my 2 year old. The manager came over and was so incredibly sweet and extremely helpful as well. What Katie Kane doesn't like about Culver’s:
Have been going been going here for years and been ok. Went tonight. Ordered the walleye basket and specifically asked for that in the drive thru. After they brought out the order it was the sandwich so we went back around again and the girl was rude and said that was the order when it clearly was not and then said we owed $3 more dollars for the basket. What?!!! You screwed the order up!! And have audacity to charge... View all feedback.
Very friendly people there that were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Enjoyed the food and the pleasant service we received.
