Arthur's - Downey

What Melystikal likes about Arthur's:
At first, I was skeptic about this place because they got a grade B according to public health. But drove around it and noticed they had a drive-thru. Menu was awkward, but I knew they had what I wanted. Pulled up, and had the best server. The gentleman was so cool, he gave us six extra biscuits. Which are top tier in the biscuit community. I will most definitely come again and spend $70.45 for breakfast, for two. View all feedback.

What Manny Avalos doesn't like about Arthur's:
The food is good just the service is garbage , and watch your orders . I got over charged for two plates for my wife and I and attempted to charge us an orange juice and chocolate milk we did not order.. I would have given the service a -3 but not possible . When confronted the waitress got semi-aggressive and wanted us to pay cash .. major Red flags . View all feedback.
