Came here strictly for the environment and see the end of the Lakers game. Food: 7/10 Service: 6/10 Ambience: 6/10 You know what you will get....

BWW in Downey wasquite a downer. Even though the Lakewood and Cerritos locations are much closer to me, I ended up here when I ordered boneless wings

Bad service! No napkins! Never coming back here again. The server was bad, rude and wasn't able to give good service Covid made their service rusty.

"I did not really eat Korean food during my 2 weeks in Japan, so I was craving Korean food. I've known of the bb.q Chicken chain for a while now, and I saw they had a branch in Alhambra. I cannot eat a ton of fried chicken on my own, but I saw that this restaurant had other dishes as well. I decided to come here and give bb.q Chicken a try.They had a free soda with Yelp check in. My wife got a diet coke, and I ordered water. The restaurant gives complimentary pickled radishes. The staff are very nice and friendly.My wife ordered the tteokbokki, whereas I got the kimchi fried rice. I was torn between the fried rice and the bulgogi poutine, but I also knew I wanted rice, so I got the kimchi fried rice. My wife and I shared our dishes. The tteokbokki was good, sweet and spicy. The rice cakes were a nice texture. The kimchi fried rice was also solid, but a bit spicy for me.Given how close it is to me, I will definitely come back in the future to try their fried chicken."

(I had a question regarding a missing item there left a hat behind when I left before closing hr I was straight up ignored yesterday and today when I called during business hours. "A little disappointed to have tried out the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea. Personally, just not to my taste . The oolong in it was fragrant and noticeable as always (as I prefer) but the peach felt more like a scent than an actual taste, if that makes sense? I feel like if Id gotten it with the cheese foam like many have recommended, Id like it more but even so, I think Id still order either my usual or something else next time. For reference: Im usually a 0%/25% to 50% kind of boba customer w/ a few notable exceptions up to 74% for say, the Thai tea."
