Found El Carrisal by accident; a very happy one! Food was outstanding: hand made tortillas, delicious el pastor, wonderful chili relleno made to order from scratch. Staff was warm delightful. I only wish Pupuseria El Carrisal was in Ventura instead of Downey!! View all feedback.
