Oh my, the Green Olive. A friend told me about this place back in 2015, and every chance I'm near Downey, I stop here. I even go there when I'm NOT in the area. Kabobs, Greek salad, the baba-ghannouj (eggplant dip), garlic paste, pita, and gyro are all so good! The portions are large so we either share a meal or take some home with us. Called for take out, food is not the issue. Service is. Called and was put on hold, but every time I was “placed on hold” the call was hung up. The server spoke extremely fast, did not leave a breath of air for a response. This happened 3 times! I had to interrupt and let the server know to not do it again….
