First impression of Chin's. Excellent service from a staff that is willing to go above and beyond. Very professional and polite which you don't always find these days. We were driving home from Dover and called for take-out while still 1 hour away. Chin's recommended we call back when abeam BJ's on 611 to time the cooking. What Webster Cremin doesn't like about Chin's Kitchen:
This is hands down the absolute worst food I?ve ever had. Everything was cold, the photo is of ?broad noodle? dish and it was so old the noodles mushed and it was pure slop. Of the 6 dishes we ordered every one of them was cold? I?ve never had Chinese food that was cold since it?s always typically packaged well.
