"I get out of a 5-hour class, a real happiness. a chef who knows about it, who is pedagogue, patient, who could give hygiene classes to many (and I was ide I know what I'm talking about), products of first quality, of friendliness. The top! I would gladly do a second course (it's not so simple that it seems to be) because there is rigour but also flexibility in learning, finally I'm happy what, I recommend you to test the products and register you, you won't regret it.
