I tried this restaurant chain for the first time. I ordered the chicken fried steak which appeared to be their signature dish. I got a plate covered in liquid gravy . The patty was soaking wet (see picture). After insisting that they redo it with actualgravy and not soaking wet, it was edible but very underwhelming. The gravy is from a bag. No real flavor.
