We went into Black Bear Diner on Thanksgiving day! So glad we did. BBD never disappoints. TamTam was our cute server. We are so glad we got her. She made sure we had everything. She took super good care of us. This is an excellent locations. The chefs are supreme. read more.

Our daughter bought us take-out ham Thanksgiving dinners from the Draper diner. We were extremely disappointed. Food was rather tasteless and somewhat overcooked. One dinner was minus the gravy. Had to return and pick some up. When home, found wrong gravy. Way overpriced for what we got. Mentioned this to our neighbor who said he had much the same experience from the Draper diner. "VERY VERY unprofessional!! Would leave negative stars if possible!!! The lady with black hair big (fake) bushy eye brows was very rude when we placed our order! (Her photo is attached) she took our order walked to the back and yelled the eff word and started throwing things around and stated this is so irritating will absolutely never return here ever again! This unprofessional lady needs to learn customer service before working at a place like this. Let 's add to this... Got to the car, the crazy bread we ordered, all dough!!! Went back in for a refund and same bushy eyed lady almost didn 't want to give a refund!!! VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE!! NEVER EVER EVER had someone so rude!!!!!!!!! Get rid of this nasty inconsiderate unprofessional toddler !!!!"
