What P T likes about Smashburger:
Food is a bit pricey but still good. Soda dispenser was out of ice or broken with no concern from the staff which may be an oversight. The staff in general are kind and helpful. The company should make available items through the app to be used to up sale on larger items which employees can't currently do. Portion size is a bit on the small size for the cost. Place has really gone downhill. Run by a bunch of teenagers. “Manager” was VERY rude and interrupted the poor girl putting in our order to put in his own order. Talked down to the employees. Place was dirty as hell. Food was sub par. View all feedback.
