"My dear ones, now it's been over a week and I finally have to say thank you again. My dear Roger, thank you for making our wedding the special day we wanted. Eating was the hammer without words. A very thick praise goes to your girls in the service and also in the kitchen. She pampered us all day. Celebrating a wedding like this all with celebrations and feeling comfortable was my goal and thanks to your help it has become an unforgettable day for us the bridal couple and our guests. Also goes a big praise and thanks to de Tortenfee, who has enchanted us a hammer cake. To celebrate with you, P.S."

"I nice restaurant recommended in Michelin. Good (limited) selection of French inspired courses. Overall, it is good (if not for the ugly mash patatoes), it is not really super good value but it does not disapoint. Charming service!"

"On holiday, I love places that are not 'touristy', a place where the locals go. Genusserie is such a place. It is warm, inviting and run by an exciting young couple who host you as if it were their home. Alexandra Alex takes care of.."

"Hotelbeding has moved my culinary area this week and is located in the Bockenheim district of Frankfurt. On my way to the hotel I come across countless restaurants of a variety of couleurs. Since I have never eaten Persian before, I finally decide for the Kish, which is located a bit backwards in Leipziger Straße. In front of the restaurant there are quite many tables covered with cutlery, fabric napkins and ashtrays. The parasols are present but not open. Inside it's pretty overloaded. There is relatively much kitschige decoration. To say it with Nina Hagen's words, everything is so colorful here... Above all, a light incense odour wades. It may be that you expect something like this in a Persian restaurant in Germany, I don't need it and I don't like it either. 2.5 stars for the Ambience Service: After I was quite slapped inside, it pulled me out. A middle-aged gentleman in dark clothes shirt, tie, no jacket, who kindly greeted me inside accompanied me outside and offered me a second table. I was quickly taken the map and time was given to study it. After a while, the waiter came back, asked for drinks, noticed that I needed a while for the food and went to pick up my beer. When he came back to me, he answered in detail and kindly all the questions I had and finally accepted my order. The dishes were served by another waiter in clearly casual everyday clothes. The contrast could hardly have been much larger. The second service power was also friendly, but not only purely externally, but also as regards the handles while serving much less elegant than his colleague. After I was finished with the food, unfortunately, no one of the two services could look more for a while. When then someone finally showed up and I could make it clear that I wanted numbers, then everything went relatively fixed. He brought the bill as I saw when writing, with the wrong date that was in a small treasure box, cleared the empty dishes away unfortunately did not ask if it tasted and cried a glass of tea to my house. Since I don't like tea, I refused to thank you. In the end, it turned out that there is actually a glass of raisin brandy that I then got but since I had ordered a soft wheat beer, he assumed that I would not want any liquor. Despite the small weaknesses missing question whether it would have tasted and the very long waiting period in which no one could see from the service I felt quite well worried. You're very striving, but you're getting into the fat bowl. Nevertheless well-meaned 4 stars. Map: The map offers a vast selection of different appetizers, soups salads and main dishes. However, many dishes differ only in the different composition of the same components as the different plates in Greek restaurants. I have to admit that after about half of the card I had already lost an overview and therefore decided not to inspect the rest further. Other dishes were recommended in small texts, but these were not found in the map. I ultimately ordered: 1x Sabzi not explicitly on the map but recommendation in text 4, € 1x Tschelo Kababab Torsch 14,90 € 1x yeast wheat alcohol-free 0.5l 4, € The food: appetizer Sabzi: In the map rolled herbs in Fladenbrot are called Sabzi as typical Persian appetizer. This appetizer is not present as a court on the map, but the waiter explained to me that they only offer this if a main court was ordered. There was a plate with a stretchy amount of fresh herbs smooth and crispy parsley, mint and estragon of the basil announced in the map was not included. There were also cucumber slices undamaged, carrot rasp, tomato pieces, 1/4 onion on the piece, 2 pepperoni as mildly declared, but then with beautiful scoring as well as some sheep cheese cubes. In addition, a basket with fladen bread. The waiter instructed me that first the sheep cheese is cut to bread and then rolled up with the herbs or vegetables. The bread in the map stands some of Naan, but with the same-named Indian bread it had little similarity would have been fresh and slightly warm probably very tasty, so unfortunately it was already a little pappy. The whole thing was a bit uninhabited to eat, but it tasted quite good for me despite the old-baked bread. The raw onion would have liked to be divided into some more mouthful pieces, which was partly also true for the herbs. Chelo Kababab Torsch In saffron sauce inlaid and grilled lamb fillets with pomegranate sauce The dish was served completely on a plate, i.e. meat, pomegranate sauce, rice, grilled tomatoes and salad. In addition, there was a small bowl on the plate with a yogurt dip. It looked very nice, only the salad seemed to me somehow inappropriate on the plate. The meat-induced lamb back was cut into portion pieces, which were in turn cross-cut. Although this looked nice and also helps to split the meat, it was probably not a touch of pink anymore with the reason that the meat was unfortunately completely fried. Tastefully the meat was well seasoned, but due to the degree of cooking it was not yet tender but also unfortunately no longer really tender. On the other hand, the pomegranate sauce under the meat was wonderful. Almost a fruity, aromatic sensation. The rice partly yellow-coloured basmati rice was more taste-neutral and slightly watery. With the pomegranate sauce, he liked to be eaten. The salad, mainly iceberg and a few carrot rasps, was barely attacked, he could have been missing for me too. The same was true for the grill tomato, which is served according to the map to each main dish. Actually, only one barbecue area was totally burned on one side and on the other it was ice-cold and ungrilled. The Yoghurt Dipp with mint and cucumber pieces, on the other hand, was again a real highlight. Well tasted, and beautifully refreshing through the mint. Finally, I got tired and had won some interesting new taste impressions. However, the old-baked fladen bread, the dead-fried meat and the burnt tomato will allow me to reach a maximum of 3 stars. Cleanliness: In the outside area and what I could see from the inside everything was fine. To the toilet you have to go down an extremely steep and narrow spiral staircase. You should have done that before the final snaps. But there's everything okay. Deductions give the sorry topic ashtrays again. Some of these were not emptied and some were insufficiently emptied. As a result, a little cold ash smell was waking over again and again. Therefore, only 3 star price performance ratio: I found the pricing tends to be at the upper limit but still ok. 3.5 star conclusion: What I have eaten here lets me be open for further experiments on Persian cuisine. Whether this will be here, we'll see. Ultimately, it was neither really good nor really bad, but there are many restaurants that are only OK."
