A wonderful little find on a weekend away. Would go more often if it wasn't several hours away! Such an interesting menu which event tempted me away from my usual, but unexciting, chicken korma. First time using Bollywood and I'm afraid will be the last time!! Couldn't fault the delivery service for our takeaway but I'm afraid the food was atrocious! Watered down sauce and no king prawns in either of the two meals we ordered but about 8 shrimps!! "Went for a celebratory meal but left feeling somewhat wanting more and taken advantage of . The meals were acceptable portion size compared to other Thais I have been to were small . Whilst the food was nice nothing blew me away or my friends. The restaurant was quite cold maybe due to heating costs ?? But the main end to the evening was the calypso coffee at £7.75 each ! This was very disappointing end to our night out . Whilst prices clearly shown we wanted an end a desert but nothing really stood out . Sorry about this review but left underwhelmed."

"Having read fantastic reviews, I was hoping to treat my guests to a good experience. Oh dear. We walked through the door at 1pm on Sunday, thinking it would be buzzing. The place was empty, apart from a solitary man sitting in the window. It was dark, unwelcoming, and smelt of stale fat. The two young girls behind the counter gave no welcome, in fact looked extremely uncomfortable and didn't really know what to do with us. We made a polite attempt at looking at the menu, and beat a hasty retreat. We had a fantastic meal in a Saturday Market Deli, which was absolutely on top of the game."

"Wanted a Sunday lunch, so checking reviews decided on the Martonian . And a great choice. £14.95 for a choice of 3 meats . All cooked very nicely. There will be the critics , but they forget it's a carvery , so meat will be left longer. But every meat I tasted was very tender. Plenty of veg to choose from, and all hot and cooked nicely. Service very quick and all servers were all polite and efficient . Will definitely visit again."
