First went to The Trout Inn19 years ago and vowed never to go again. Grubby, old fashioned, like stepping back in time and the staff anything but friendly.This visit was a club Christmas dinner. Nothing had changed in 19 years!! Same decor, same rude bar staff etc. The food was nothing special, plain home cooking, but far too many tables for the room we were in.
