"A food was cold and not asked how we wanted it to be cooked restaurant was absolutely freezing despite us asking to have the heating put on, we spoke to staff twice and got no joy, quickly had meal and left"

"Came for lunch on Tuesday with some friends and a baby. Food on the whole was good apart from the fish and chips frozen grey horrid but would recommend steak sandwich. The service industry is what it says on the tin !!! If you don’t want to serve people don’t be a waitress or a barmaid!!! If you can’t manage a smile or manners then change careers ! I recommend a dustbin lady or night porter as these both have minimal contact with the public. Arrange your restaurant so that the grumpy staff can get past customers on chairs eating without huffing and puffing !!! Puts a slightly sour taste in the customers mouth when staff are unwelcoming. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: 4oz Rump Steak Melt, Scampi and Chips"
