I LOVE Pig Pen!! I frequent them on Sundays (an hour drive from me) to get their tacos. They are SO loaded up with meat, eggs, cheese! I love them! Their carne guisada is knock out delicious but they sell out quick. The beef fajita is super juicy and tender, and you can taste the charring from the grill!
