"What a disappointment. We returned a few months ago after a year and traveled a long way to eat again in a beautiful location with a fantastic menu and instead found the menu changed and the quality of some meats was such that we sent some meat dishes back. And we were about 15 people at two tables who had the same opinion. Upon request for explanations, the owner was very little available for explanations. Too bad, we won't be back again."

"Overall amazing dining experience. The food and setting are both excellent without being overly formal) and the prices are very fair for the service provided around $30 for a 5 course menu, and you can spend even less by ordering single dishes). The ingredients are local and the dishes are inspired by local/traditional recipes, but they are presented with a unique interpretation from the chefs. The restaurant shows their level of care and attention to the customer by making everything in-house they only buy the raw ingredients) and by also offering complementary drinks/snacks at the beginning and the end of the meal. The staff is also superb and extremely courteous. The waiters are always ready to help you choose some food adapt to your particular taste or pair any wine with it. Everytime I come to Cuneo, I 5 Sensi is always the place I make sure to go to and I cannot recommend it enough!"

"Experimental Italian cuisine. Excellent and friendly service. But it's a hit and miss. The main courses were amazing, but i'm not fond of the starter and dessert. Some ingredients didn't combine well, some were too bland while others were overwhelming. Price/quality isn't great at all."
