However, what I found to be completely and utterly ridiculous was the chef refusing to make a mixed dozen oysters. 4 fresh, 4 Kilpatrick and 4 mornay when all of those options are on the menu........there where 5 people in the kitchen and I understand they each have roles, but chef was adamant you could only have 6 of each and not a mixed dozen of 4 of each $49 per dozen....... read more.
