This is not just a dinner, but an amazing experience. The food is locally sourced and whipped up into a 6 course degustation menu by the award winning head chef Greg Egan. The changing scenery through the carriage windows was highlighted by a stunning sunset as we headed to Queenscliff. The staff were friendly and attentive and the train has been lovingly restored.
