Arrogance. When I waited for my turn in the RAK Bank ATM, I heard a loud voice, mocking and teasing from nearby people. It was from the opposite side of the ATM, by Chicking. “That’s not a tea shop,” “Don’t sit there” “There’s a board here” blah blah blah..
