Terrible service from KFC business bay. Ordered a family bucket via Careem and it arrived without the fries. When I called I was told I would be refunded 15 AED to reorder the fries. Fries cost 17 AED, by the way. Delivery fee costs 7.50 AED. And careem service fee costs 0.95 AED. Total cost to reorder fries approximately 25 AED. Make it make sense….?
