What User likes about Cafe Bell:
Since my last visit they have changed Browns Bar and Cafe to Green and Bean and moved it to the second floor. I like the extra light here but it's still not as nice as the original Browns in the basement under the spiral staircase. Food and service is good, it's a relaxing spot for a coffee and snack. I had lunch with someone at lunch, so we went here to avoid waiting. obviously in brown thomas the setting is beautiful and the personal are professional we both ordered suppe. it was nice, nothing too amazing. the gluten-free brot was good, we have a plate to share. again it was good, but nothing from this world. coffee is very nice a bit over price for a quick lunch!
