"I've been going to Declan for my breakfast rolls for the last 6 years. He's elevated the humble breakfast roll to an art form. There's simply nowhere else that even competes with Declan and Donal for the best breakfast roll. Get the soft bap, all the fillings. The black pudding is exceptional, the freshly fried egg holds it all together beautifully. You haven't had a breakfast roll if you haven't had one from here.
