I had an appointment with manager to design a birthday cake. I waited outside in the rain for him (couldn’t go in w sleeping baby in buggy), he never showed, called me two hours later but never apologised or acknowledged that we were supposed to meet. Rude. Shop could do with modernising, handwritten notes placed directly on cakes, not very hygienic. View all feedback.
