We came across this little restaurant by accident and had a most memorable delicious lunch. The pasta dishes are cooked just as you would get them in Northern Italy and the Ligurian style pizza was equally authentic. Many Italian restaurants in Dublin, and much of Europe, serve up food that most Italians would not recognise as being from their country. This is different, you could be in Genoa or Milan or Turin. What User doesn't like about Doppio Zero:
Well, starting off saying I'm an Italian and I lived in Naples for almost I have tried almost all the Italian pizzeria here in Dublin and I have to say doppiozero makes easily to the top The pizza is tasty and light, not too expensive and the restaurant itself has a warm atmosphere. Only (negative) thing is that they do not cook their pizza in wooden ovens however it doesn't impact that much, pizza is great anyway. View all feedback.
Fantastic! A bit of Italy, in Ireland! Doppio Zero is one of my favorite spots in Dublin! I have been a regular customer for many years and I can assure you that this place feels like a home away from home. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, and Angelo always welcomes you with a friendly smile so that you feel at home. But not only he is the whole team of Doppio Zero just amazing. Coffee is exceptional, and its cappuccinos are dying. Your choice of Italian products is simply spectacular. The actual star of the show is their menu: their pastas are an artwork, especially the Norcina it is just a ghost blowing. And if you are in the mood for something else, they also offer a dish of the day, soups and sandwiches. To finish everything is their selection of wines from this world! A place where you feel welcome, with incredible service, food and drink that simply cannot be beaten. I can't recommend it enough if you are in Dublin, you must try it!
This is a large café, with excellent Italian coffee, very good pasta dishes, and friendly, efficient service. You also have beautiful sweet things to go with your coffee. Some seriously good Italian wines available to also take. What else could you ask? Very recommended
Always such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent value, wonderful coffee and beautiful fresh pastries. We haven't had lunch there yet, but we'll be very soon. One of our favorite places.
Great coffee and deli to buy Italian ingredients, guanciale, cheese wine etc.
It’s the third time we eat in this restaurant and everything is really nice, totally recommended
