Okay so if you looking for the japanese experience this is not the place as anyother (go to Japan if you want to) Quality is very nice. The wassapi seems fresh and strong (loved it) Sushi was decent and fresh(yet the fish wont say that much since its ireland but its tasty. Asahi beer is very very nice. Calamri noodles was not deep fried(the calamari). Over all is very nice. View all feedback. What User likes about J2 Grill Sushi,:
Excellent food and service. While it is a Sushi restaurant they could do with a slightly better menu to cater for people who are not into fish. A burger or steak. My party were all delighted and have booked to go back. View all feedback.

read moreExperience authentic Japanese cuisine at this spot in Dublin's IFSC area. Enjoy fresh wasabi, decent sushi, and Asahi beer. While some find the service slow, the blossom tea, sashimi, and tempura are worth a try. However, some diners were disappointed by the sloppy presentation of the sushi, with rice falling apart and flavors lacking. Despite this, the service and fresh ingredients received praise. Affordable prices, great proportions, and delicious options like takoyaki and salmon don make it a solid choice for a Japanese meal in Dublin. Overall, a mix of opinions but worth a visit for a taste of Japan.
Burnt my tongue very badly on the miso she didn’t warn me it was boiling hot.
The best sushi restaurant in Dublin, with great atmosphere and nice views on the Liffey and the Samuel Beckett bridge.
Great view of the river Liffey, brilliant song choices
