We brought our two grandchildren up to kfc last night as a treat and as usual we all enjoyed the food. Hubby had the boneless banquet while myself and granddaughter had the chili wrap meal. Not even a thanks from the cashier after buying food. Rude and lacking manners. Doesn't say much about any form of customer service training in this KFC. for a couple of pieces of chicken and a few miserable chips on a flat plate. whats...the point?
