Lovely pub. Efficient friendly service. Great pints. Covid certs checked... Distancing at seats ensured. The guy at the door (a manager or owner I would think) was amazing. We saw the pub built in the 1790"s while on a river tour- told by the guide it was one of the oldest in Dublin. My daughter and I ventured over to check it out. We decided to share a lunch- were told the fish and ships were the best. The batter was good but they don't remove the skin from the fish prior to battering and frying so the skin was quite soggy and very off putting.
