Beautiful Hotel In the heart of Dublin City. We were welcomed by Raluca who took such good care of us and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were lovely, spacious clean. Hotel bar cocktails were amazing. We had a great stay, and will be back. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Trinity:
Location is good and room is nice but service is poor. We had to ask for extra shower gel, only tea bags in room, only pizzas available for room service, everything has to be paid for up front drinks at bar, room service, lunch in restaurant….trainees on front desk and in bar we asked for a larger shandy and an old fashioned but ended up with lager and lime and a whiskey and lemonade..gave up at this point. Very delayed in getting access to our room, as were many others. Issue with housekeeping, not other staff, but cut into limited time in Dublin.
