I recently visited McDonald's in Nutgrove. My order was satisfactory, but unfortunately my mother's toffee latte was cold. She went back to ask for a remake, and they obliged. However, upon leaving, she discovered that the replacement was just hot milk, not the hot toffee latte she had ordered. This was quite disappointing as she had spent 3 euros on it. View all feedback.
