"What an unplanned surprise ! Food was amazing and so fresh, could not fault anything! Service and staff were excellent and so informative and knowledgeable...can't believe I only found this place now when I'm leaving Galway...best of luck to all at la Collina in the future, next time I'm in Galway I'll be back for sure."

"The people here are great. bookings are a good idea because it is busy, but they always try to accommodate. eating is a high standard. I recommend the place when they go on like this, they should jump in!"
