Shop is great, BBQ is not. Medium rare steak overcooked (see pic) Everything too salty. Girl working there was hugging chef with no mask as he was cooking our food. Will be back to the shop for rubs, sauces etc.. won't eat here again. You sell thermapens in the shop, I suggest using them to hit the right temp for a medium rare onglet (125f) View all feedback.

Incredible food! Argentinian barbecue style, loved it! Lovely outdoor seating .
The best bbq I have had in years. The vibe to the place is excellent and the lads were friendly and helpful. Hear they are moving and if they can keep.the same style and vibe to the place I will definitely becoming a regular.
What a hidden gem! Fantastic southern style bbq in Dublin, will definitely be back for more.
The food it’s always fresh and tasty here at Baste. Second time I’ve got the nachos and still very good. The beef rib my husband got was falling off the bone and delicious. I’d get that again definitely. The slaw not a huge fan of, one flavour in there didn’t suit me. The tapped wine is grand too.
