Shop is great, BBQ is not. Medium rare steak overcooked (see pic) Everything too salty. Girl working there was hugging chef with no mask as he was cooking our food. Will be back to the shop for rubs, sauces etc.. won't eat here again. You sell thermapens in the shop, I suggest using them to hit the right temp for a medium rare onglet (125f) View all feedback.
