Overall a great hotel with a great location as a base for exploring Dublin Service is friendly, very caring but always discreet. Not the cheapest in terms of price, but good value for money for Dublin. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the bathroom is absolutely fine apart from a missing toilet brush. A good budget hotel and close enough to the center to walk. It is 10 minutes from Trinity College and 45 minutes from Dublin Prison and Phoenix Park. The reception is well attended and has very pleasant and helpful staff. An extra bed we requested in the room was especially comfortable. The neighborhood did not give me a feeling of insecurity at night but there were not many services right next door, you had to walk a little but about 5-7 minutes. Rooms: Medium size, comfortable and clean, but one fault is that they did not have a mini fridge Safety: The neighborhood seemed quiet to me at night.
