Lovely hotel. Lots of building work happening next door not the best view from our window. Restaurant was expensive, quite cold to sit in. The food was lovely though and enjoyed the decor. Expensive room service charge £7! parking £20 overnight. Good location but we did find it expensive! Food drinks: East restaurant lovely menu but expensive! What Kepa Bilbao doesn't like about Spencer:
Located in the docks , it is not the best to enjoy temple bar, but it is not bad. There is a lot of traffic and it is difficult to get there by taxi. The staff is very friendly, the lounge with live music is a place to rest after a hard day of work. Room service charges you 7.5 euros to bring food to your room.
