I have always been very impressed with the customer service at Graeters, but today, Joe went above and beyond. I had forgotten my debit card at home and only had 14 dollars. Joe tried to give me my 22 dollar order for the 14 I had. Of course I could not accept but that was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
