What Linda P likes about Pho 99:
Came in on a whim a few weeks back with a large party (about 23 ppl). The waiter/waitress quickly helped our party and were very attentive to some of our questions as some guest were looking for suggestions on what to order. What Alan V doesn't like about Pho 99:
Had lunch there and we all ended up with bland food and shortcuts on the condiments for pho and Bun Bo Hue. But the biggest issue is them charging you to take your leftovers, that you paid for, with you. I have never heard of a restaurant doing that. "I usually do not write reviews unless I am overly impressed by the services! This is my second review and I am really happy to share it for this place as my experience was really great! I just tried to surprise a friend with birthday contracts that went to the family after COVID. It was especially since I tried to place the order from Canada and my credit card was not accepted online or in any other business. After I was frustrated by 6 different places and nobody could help me with my order. It is when Mikaela the superior of this place went beyond and beyond, explained everything, put the order and told me about all the different flavors of delicious treats. She made it so easy and was very patient with all my questions and trusted me that I had many. What made the experience even better is the fact that my friend was exceptionally surprised as this place is her all time favorite and I didn't even know that!!! Thanks Mikaela!!!"
