Noonan's Tap - Dubuque

What User likes about Noonan's Tap:
One of the underestimated bars in Dubuque. They serve food late and the cook (Kixs) has some great skills. Seats are comfortable and the air smells fresh. They also put out places for the smokers to enjoy. I met the owners and they have the most beautiful attitude in contrast to most cloged bar owners in this city. 10 stars if I could. What User doesn't like about Noonan's Tap:
So disappointed... Burgers are small. Supposed to be 1/2 lb burger and no way they were even a 1/3 lb. They literally only were half the size of their buns and as thin as a McDonald's hamburger. They were way over cooked and dry. I got 4 mushrooms on my mushroom and swiss. My daughter got 5 mushrooms. Canned mushrooms at that. Ordered deep fried mushrooms and got 8 no bigger than a nickel.
