"The food is ok. Not true Mexican by any means. Low rating cause I ordered online and the order said it was ready. Well it was not (make sure to put change in meter) they looked at me like I was crazy and then had to look for the Order (which was actually on the “to make” wall area). So had to wait for an order that was “ready to pick up”. I’m so over bad service."

"This was the first time I ate at this chain restaurant though I first heard about it 20+ years ago. I worked at a non chain Japanese Steakhouse in the suburbs of Milwaukee and I must say the quality of the food at Ichiban did not compare! My veggies were burnt, too much garlic and soy sauce in the fried rice, the shrimp appetizer was overcooked tough and chewy, and my scallops were over salted as well. My husband said the sushi was decent. The filet mignon did not have that buttery smooth texture and taste that I remember from the Hibachi grill. It had an odd texture, although the flavor was good. I was so excited to bring my kids to a restaurant like the one I had worked at from age 14 and into my early 20s when home from college. Overpriced for sure! Don 't think we will be back. The only bright spot was the show by the chef."

"I lived in NYC for 9 years. I've tried all the best Thai restaurants NYC has to offer. Oolong blows most of those places out of the water. Their Pad Thai is among the best I've ever had. And the service is incredible. 100% recommend!"

"Truly wonderful food!! And incredible bastion of dining nestled in a cozy Midwest setting. This is the kind of place where you know the chef is amazing and everything on the menu is great, so feel free to venture away from things you would normally order and go for something new! We had the porkbelly, Bluefin tartare, pork shoulder, and a great creme brulee. Can't wait to visit again!"

"Cozy restaurant interior with plentiful TVs for games, but kinda at awkward spots for some areas. Food was spectacular, if a bit on the slightlier pricier side, at least for the city. Burger was not the one I ordered, but still delicious. You can substitute in a chicken patty for the beef, and you get way more food that way. Burgers are worth the money, but I wouldn't call them a massive value. I asked for ranch late and they brought some still, and it was above average. The truffle Parm fries hit different, and may have been the highlight honestly. Superb seasoning and crunch, decent amount. I kept dipping my burger in their residue! Mac and cheese was another surprising hit. Wasn't too crazy, but was well executed, with the crunchy garnish helping bring it together. Overall, customer service was a bit disappointing, though I understand they were busy. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for a slightly more upscale dinner with a comfortable sports bar vibe, in a cool part of town. I'll probably come back."
