They just need to stop rushing through customers and understand no matter how busy they are, THE CUSTOMERS ARE ACTUALLY PEOPLE!! They are rushing customers/trying to get through rush hours, smiling, telling you your price, and NEVER look at you. That'll make a lot of people upset.
