"Mrs Simpson is not just a restaurant but an idea, of simpler times and good memories. The food is rich and nostalgic while the atmosphere is stimulating and coherent with the food and excellent service from the staff. I don't say this a lot but, my god this was an amazing experience. "Wow, what a great place. Phenomenal selection of whisky, rum, tequila and brandy with interesting tasting tours. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a good selection of whisky and other alcoholic beverages."

"Apart from being a good place to stop for a drink we had to get food there one night seeing as the braai rained out. Which I was completely happy about after tasting their pasta. Spinach, chorizo and calamari linguine was absolutely delicious and the staff was really friendly. It's a quiet restaurant sometimes and the bar is also not too busy. Worth a visit if you are in the area."
