How the Melting Pot has gone down hill in the last 15 years. Was so looking forward to our dinner and we were SOOOO disappointed. Service was horrible, non-existent. Had to flag her down to get water refills. Our bread for the cheese dip was hard, not fresh. Very little vegetables.
