What EUGENE doesn't like about What The Pho:
I went here on father’s day with my family and we were sat at the stickiest table. They don’t clean the tables correctly. My brother got his beef pho and found 3 fruit flies in the broth. We lost our appetite. The beef in my spring roll wasn’t even cooked fully. Its raw. The place is just a mess unhygienic and even when you tip they claim their register is broken and ask u to tip in cash. They’re literally frauds. So... View all feedback.
