I am never disappointed when I eat at The General. The ambience is casual and the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of their menu. I am obsessed with the bacon burger here I've come back four times for it and it tastes just as good, if not better, each and every time! After reading review was excited to give this a go. Menu was decent food was ok. Breakfast was bland coffee was nice. Staff were generally polite but had the " I don't want to be there feel". Felt like it maybe a better place for a drink and light snack at night. So might give that a go next. read more.
