Firstly the portion size was very small and if I’m honest I’m pretty sure the meat had been stored all afternoon because it was cold and the chips tasted double dipped They were soft!! "Due to the latest lockdown rules there was nowhere in Moffat to sit in and eat : So we decided on some fish and chips. I work in a chippy so have a pretty decent expectation. It was ok, nothing more. Everything was cooked to order, the chips were decent and the fish was a sizeable portion for a small . The batter was a bit grey and greasy and uninspiring. I 'm glad I didn 't pay more than a fiver for it."
