"Staff are nice. Tom was very helpful and cleaner was so nice and helpful. rooms are clean and dinner very fresh. hotel very central. new owners have taken hot breakfast off the menu so that was disappointing and wasnt much choice for dinners but food i did have was nice. rooms could do with being upgraded and redecorated. showers were awful and need replaced. however for reason i was there it done the job."

A shower hot, to invigorate, Wardrobe, drawers, bedside, complete. Some said the bar below would disturb, Yet in my haven, silence superb. "Called in on a whim and was not disappointed. We had homemade chicken and spring onion soup plus minestrone soup with fresh baguette, and tuna sandwiches plus a bowl a freshly cooked fat chips and all was delicious. Great service and friendly. Definitely recommend."
