We stopped by on our way home to pick up some fantastic loaves of bread and a variety of cakes. The tearoom was bustling with activity, with a small line forming for takeout pastries. Having heard some good things about this wee place, we decided to stop en-route home. How disappointing was it to find a thriving busy place, staffed by rude and angry seeming staff that clearly thought that customers were an inconvenience. Yes, it was their first day open after the new year holidays, Yes, it was busy, but whatever happened to customer service? Big disappointment. View all feedback.
