I always enjoy the delicious food at New Ho Won, and the service is consistently friendly. My go-to order is the sweet and sour chicken combo, while my mom loves the wonton soup and pork fried rice - it's always a satisfying meal. The service at this restaurant was terrible. We ordered dinner for pick-up and started eating when they called to say they forgot an item. We agreed to have it delivered quickly, but after 25 minutes passed, we called and were told they were busy. After 40 minutes, the item was finally delivered, but it was ice cold and had to be thrown away. This experience has made us hesitant to return to this restaurant. View all feedback.
